Adler offers their customers a wide range of hardwood flooring and interior products in various formats, woods, and colors. The natural character of the product and its sustainable production are what makes ADLER PARKETT unique. ADLER PARKETT has been processing wood for more than 90 years. The company has gone through enormous change over that time. Everything began in 1927. Immediately following its establishment, the then small manufactory produced cheese boxes for the numerous cheese makers in the region. From 1950 onwards, the company began to make veneers for furniture and began trading globally. During this phase they learned a lot about the manufacturing of parquet and wide planks and started working as a supplier to the parquet industry. From here it was a logical step to begin to restructure the company when the Adler family purchased the company carefully but consistently in 1993.
The company has been manufacturing under the name of ADLER PARKETT since 1994 and has made a name for themselves as a specialist for natural and sustainably produced wide and long planks. The development of a unique, high quality and traditional oil surface in 1995 was another important milestone in the more recent company history. Today ADLER PARKETT stands for natural comfort, warmth, and a healthy living climate.

Hiram Floors
GERMANY • MANUFACTURING PARTNER
Hiram Floors' family business stands for sustainably sourced timber, premium quality, and ancient craftsmanship steeped in the tradition of refining and enhancing wood into a thing of beauty from its raw material state.
- Widths from 7.75 - 12.75" or wider
- Lengths from 3 - 26' or longer
- Natural Oil Finish
- Total Customization
- 3-Layer Balanced Construction or Solid
The cornerstone of our enterprise was laid in 1984, when our founder Fabian von Saucken began felling logs in the Black Forest, dragging them from the forest with logging horses and selling them to local sawmills. Over the years Hiram focused more and more on the added value of top-quality logs and sawn timber, which ultimately led to an interest in customised solutions in wood for our clients. A respectful and sustainable approach to wood as a resource is our primary consideration. The added value starts right at the beginning in the forest. We don’t buy on the open market like 90% of other firms. We can usually source longer than standard boards providing the customer is willing to wait for what he or she really wants. All our flooring is bespoke, and we deal directly with interior designers, architects, and clients to ensure that the end users get exactly what they want and the best possible quality and service.
We are always on the look-out for high-quality tree-trunks when selecting our raw material. The logs are selected standing and lying in Southern Germany and are then transported over short distances to our production sites at the foot of the Black Forest. On arrival the timber is cut, dried in ultra-modern dry kilns, and then processed to the highest standards with great care.
HWD European Flooring strives to provide clients with first class wood planks which are from sustainably managed forests and are crafted using the most advanced production techniques. The planks offered by HWD European flooring all aide in providing a cleaner living environment designed to last for generations.
